Here is a picture I made in picnik.com. The website is a pretty powerful photo-editing program that does a good job of keeping the photo realistic looking, even after some pretty significant changes. It looks like it might work better than the programs I have been using for things like under- and overexposure.

As you can see, one can also add shapes, text, frames, and other cool stuff.
